Static website and server logs
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies, profiling, externally loaded fonts or embedded social feeds. The PV calculator runs locally in your browser; its input values are not transmitted to Voltalps or permanently stored.
The hosting provider may process technically necessary log data such as IP address, time, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating system to deliver and secure the site and diagnose errors. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in a secure, functional website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact and project enquiries
When you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as name, contact details, message, roof photographs, electricity bills and technical building data. The purposes are replying, pre-contract checks and project delivery. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b), (f) and, for legal records, (c) GDPR. Please redact bank data and unnecessary identifiers from bills.

WhatsApp / Meta
A WhatsApp link opens an external service. WhatsApp/Meta processes its own usage and communication data and may transfer data outside the EEA. Its privacy information applies. You may contact Voltalps by email or telephone instead.

Recipients and partners
Data is shared only where needed with hosting and email providers, telecommunications services, tax or accounting providers and technical or delivery partners. PHT Energietechnik receives project data only when required for a specifically coordinated quotation or delivery and supported by an appropriate legal basis.

Retention
Non-binding enquiries are deleted when no longer needed unless legitimate reasons require retention. Contract, invoice, warranty and tax records are retained for statutory periods. Project images are published only where the necessary usage rights and legal basis exist.

Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. Contact info@voltalps.com. You may complain to the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or another competent authority.

AI assistance and automated decisions
AI tools assisted in creating and editing public website content. Calculator inputs are not sent to an AI service. Project-related personal data is not sent to an external AI service without a suitable legal basis. No solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made.
