Language notice: This English page is provided to help international customers understand the general framework. The individually agreed quotation, order confirmation and contract language are authoritative. Mandatory Italian consumer law always prevails. Full Italian and German versions are available.
1
Provider and contact
Voltalps, responsible person Martin Prünster, Mozartstraße 3, 39012 Merano (BZ), Italy; VAT / P. IVA 03282010218; +39 351 404 7322; info@voltalps.com. The contracting party, executing company and roles are identified in the individual quotation and order confirmation.
2
Scope
These terms cover quotations, planning, consultation, supply and coordination in photovoltaic systems, battery storage, energy management, heat-pump integration, EV charging and technically appropriate waste-heat recovery. Individual terms in the quotation or order confirmation take priority.
3
Quotations and contract formation
Website content, calculator results, first checks and indicative ranges are non-binding information. A contract is formed by signed agreement, written or electronic confirmation, or documented acceptance followed by commencement of service. Distance contracts with consumers receive the legally required confirmation on a durable medium.
4
Services and changes
The agreed scope is defined by the quotation, specification, plans, data sheets and order confirmation. Changes and additions are documented with their price, timing and technical consequences before execution. Necessary unforeseen work is reported promptly; chargeable additions for consumers normally require prior approval except for urgent safety measures.
5
Customer information and access
The customer supplies complete, accurate building, ownership, consumption, grid and existing-system information and provides agreed access to the roof, meter cabinet, plant room and cable routes. Structural design, fire safety, heritage approval, condominium consent and grid conditions are included only where expressly stated.
6
Prices, VAT and payment
Consumer prices include applicable VAT unless the offer clearly and lawfully provides otherwise. Business quotations may state net prices plus VAT. The payment schedule and due dates are set out in the quotation and invoices. Any instalments correspond to documented project progress, procurement or agreed milestones.
7
Delivery and scheduling
Dates are binding only when expressly confirmed as binding. Material supply, grid operators, authorities, weather, access and third-party work can affect delivery. Parties are informed promptly of force majeure or other events outside Voltalps’ responsibility, and statutory rights remain unaffected.
8
Permits, grid connection and incentives
Voltalps assists with technical filings, grid documents and incentive preparation only within the quoted scope. Approval, tax recognition, funding, grid access and processing time are not guaranteed. Customers must respect any requirement to apply before work begins and use the prescribed payment method. Personal tax eligibility must be confirmed by a tax adviser or CAF.
9
Legal conformity and manufacturer warranties
Statutory warranty and conformity rights apply and are not restricted by manufacturer warranties. Customers should report defects promptly with a description, photographs and system data and allow diagnosis and remedy. Additional manufacturer guarantees follow the respective manufacturer’s conditions.
10
Consumer right of withdrawal
For a distance or off-premises contract, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to the Italian Consumer Code. If a consumer expressly requests service during that period and later withdraws, a proportionate amount for work already performed may be due. Statutory exceptions, including certain bespoke goods and urgent repairs, apply only within the law. A withdrawal can be sent clearly by letter or email to Voltalps.
11
Liability
Voltalps is liable under applicable law. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, mandatory product liability, fraud or other non-excludable rights. Liability for customer or third-party modifications, improper operation, missing maintenance or inaccurate site information depends on Voltalps’ legally attributable contribution.
12
Partner companies
PHT Energietechnik is named as a partner company. That website reference does not automatically make PHT the customer’s contracting party. The quotation clearly identifies contracting parties, responsibilities, invoicing and warranty contacts. Qualified partners or subcontractors may be used in accordance with the contract and law.
13
PV surplus and computing waste heat
Mining or computing waste-heat systems are technical energy concepts. No cryptocurrency yield, exchange rate, network difficulty, hardware life, availability or future electricity price is guaranteed. Such systems require a separate technical, economic, tax and legal assessment. Sole heat supply is not promised unless a separate, redundant heat concept is expressly agreed.
14
Complaints, law and language
Complaints can be sent to info@voltalps.com. Italian law applies, while mandatory consumer protection at the consumer’s habitual residence remains unaffected where applicable. Statutory consumer jurisdiction applies. Contracts may be concluded in German or Italian and, where expressly agreed, English; the individually agreed contract language controls.
